Madeline Wood, ARNP, is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care with a holistic approach. She believes in supporting the whole person, not just symptoms, by thoughtfully integrating medication management, collaborative care, and attention to lifestyle, mind-body wellness, and each individual’s unique strengths. She provides care for a wide range of mental health concerns. Common areas of focus include depression, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, ADHD, trauma-related conditions, and stress-related challenges.

A thorough assessment of your mental health history, current concerns, medical background, and goals. This is where we develop a clear understanding of your needs and begin building a personalized treatment plan.
Ongoing evaluation and adjustment of psychiatric medications to ensure safety, effectiveness, and alignment with your goals. Visits include monitoring symptoms, side effects, and overall progress.
Education about diagnoses, medications, and coping strategies to help you better understand your mental health and feel empowered in managing it.
A partnership approach where your preferences, values, and experiences guide decision-making. You are an active participant in your care.
What to expect

Appointments are available both in person and via secure telehealth, allowing you to choose the format that best fits your needs and schedule.

Before your first appointment you will complete intake forms that provide important background information and help guide your initial visit.

The first appointment is a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation (around 60-90 minutes). We will review your current concerns, mental health history, medical history, medications, lifestyle factors, and treatment goals. This is also a time for you to ask questions and share what you are hoping to get out of care.

Please bring the following to your first appointment:
A valid photo ID, your insurance card (if applicable), a complete list of current medications and supplement, any relevant medical or psychiatric records (if available) -
At the end of your initial visit, we will collaborate on a personalized treatment plan. This may include medication management, lifestyle recommendations, and coordination with therapy or other supports as needed.

Follow-up appointments focus on monitoring progress, adjusting treatment as needed, and ensuring you feel supported throughout your care.
Financial Policy

Payment is due at the time of service. Major credit and debit cards are accepted.

Self-Pay Rates
-Initial Psychiatric Evaluation (60–90 minutes): $300
-Follow-Up Medication Management (30 minutes): $150 -
If using insurance, benefits will be verified when possible; however, coverage is not guaranteed. Patients are responsible for any copays, deductibles, or non-covered services as determined by their insurance plan.

Good Faith Estimate
Patients who are uninsured or choosing not to use insurance are entitled to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges in accordance with federal law. -
Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointments. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee.
